Data Capture And Management

LicenceFLO has a number of data capture screens 'out of the box'. Additional screens can be defined by users to capture and manage any other data requirements. Every record in LicenceFLO is linked (e.g. contacts with their applications, licences, objections etc) making all information clear and manageable.

LicenceFLO Application Record Applications & Licences
LicenceFLO supports the data capture and application process for a wide range of licence types. Once an application is resolved, the resulting licence is issued and both the application and licence records are held within LicenceFLO for future reference.
LicenceFLO Contact Record Contact Manager
LicenceFLO stores the details of all contacts including applicants, licensees, consultants and objectors. Each contact is entered into LicenceFLO once and is available to use time and time again. This allows officers to identify what other licensing activities the contact has been involved with.
LicenceFLO Premises Record Premises
LicenceFLO records all premises data in line with BS7666 Land & Property Gazetteer standards. LicenceFLO has been integrated with a wide range of LNPG databases.
Vehicles
LicenceFLO holds vehicle details, together with the driver, operator and related history details as applicable. Vehicle inspections, knowledge testing and other requirements come as standard within the system.
Enforcements
LicenceFLO can record and coordinate enforcement activities.
LicenceFLO Objections Record Objections
LicenceFLO can record representations and coordinate the associated activities between relevant parties. This helps ensure that objections are managed in line with statutory regulations for a controlled and timely conclusion.
LicenceFLO Conditions Record Conditions
Conditions can be logged and included with the resulting licence.
Complaints
Complaints can be recorded, categorised and managed within LicenceFLO in line with your authority's complaints procedure.
Meetings
Meetings can be scheduled, agendas written and minutes logged. This data can be shared with other LicenceFLO users.
LicenceFLO Notes Notes
Notes can be added to a record quickly and easily.
