LicenceFLO comes with an optional internet module. This integrates with the back office software to enable the seamless sharing of data between the two. This means that incoming data from the internet e.g. application forms, come straight into LicenceFLO ready for processing. Selected data held within LicenceFLO is also made available securely on the internet, for example the public register of licences.

The web module is divided into two areas. The public domain is where applications, payments and objections are made and the public register is available for searching. The secure area is password protected and provides users with access to more detailed information relating to applications and licences.
