LicenceFLO is a highly configurable solution that is designed to be changed by users. No coding is required as there is a simple 'point and click' user interface.

Users can easily define their own 'workspace', controlling the screen layouts to present data in line with their preferences.

The System Administrator can control all other areas of the system for example:

• Defining user accounts, controlling who has access to what data/records.
• Amending workflow and implementing new processes.
• Create and amend document templates.
• Adding and retiring fields.
