Workflow is at the heart of LicenceFLO, coordinating activities to ensure that they are completed by the appropriate resource on time, with minimal effort.

LicenceFLO has a set of standard workflows 'out of the box' for each type of licence to be managed within the system. These are based upon the best practice principles of other local authority users and are designed to get your installation up and running quickly.

Users have daily Task Lists that are generated automatically by the system. These show users what activities need to be undertaken, when, in order of priority. Managers can reallocate tasks to different users using 'drag and drop' principles

All activities are logged in the audit trail for reporting.
