Configuration Suite

The Configuration Suite enables non technical users to create workspaces, databases and objects within OperaFLO. The graphical user interface is user friendly and means that no scripting is required making designs quick and easy to implement.

A workspace is a defined area of your business such as a department or strategic business unit, which you might want to manage in isolation or bring together for enterprise wide resource management. This means that OperaFLO can be used for business process management across your entire business or organisation.

Users are able to design and implement any number of databases and link these together. Screen layouts can be designed with the data fields attributes defined, including mandatory fields.

Your organisational structure is defined within OperaFLO, replicating the resources available. Resources can be named individuals or predefined roles to which users are assigned. This enables the workflow engine to automate the distribution of tasks to defined resources.
