Capture, store and manage all your data in one secure place
Forms that only capture the information you need
Ensure your teams enter the correct data by creating custom data captures forms. Through using the wide range of field types including check boxes, picklists, rich text, dates, and utilising validation rules you can improve speed and accuracy. Minimise inaccuracies further with tools such as spellcheck, Google Maps and a postcode checker.
Data at your fingertips
Quickly and easily find the data you need with customer filters and smart search. Plus, you can format search result grids so that the information you need is within easy reach.
Follow the trail
Whenever a change is made to the data or a process, LEAP captures the information into an activity log. Time and date stamping the changes and linking it to a user profile. This allows for a full audit trail to be generated for training, compliance or reporting reasons.
Document Management & Production
Ensure transparency and document security
Store, manage and index documents
Keep all of the documents related to a record or incidence in one place with the Document Library. Whether they have been created within LEAP or uploaded from the user/customer, they can be indexed, searched and filtered to help improve transparency.
Incorporate documents into your workflow
Ensure invoices, reminders and other documents are sent at the correct time by integrating them into your workflow. They can then be printed to be sent by post or emailed by utilising the built-in email system. You can also flag missing documents and send reminders to customers or team members.
Create and maintain a range of document templates
Ensure that letters, emails and other communications are all on brand with the LEAP template editor. Either upload word documents or create new ones with an intuitive rich text editor and then add merge fields relating to your data within LEAP.
Scanning & Indexing
Edit, annotate and index scanned documents
Documents can be scanned into LEAP and then edited and annotated before being sent to a colleague/customer or being attached to a record.
Web & Desktop Clients
Access LEAP the way that works for your business
LEAP can be accessed through a desktop client or via a web browser and can be hosted remotely or on site. Meaning that the system can be accessed wherever you are.
Automate and optimise your process with digital workflows
Effective, flexible automation
Create digital workflows based on any process, no matter how simple or complicated. By linking together user tasks and system tasks with a series of triggers based on your rules and conditions, you can automate and optimise your process, increasing efficiency and driving productivity.
Intelligent task allocation and tracking
Team members can keep track of all the tasks they have due in their workflow queue. Tasks are routed to the correct user or specialist teams based on your criteria. You can also utilise intelligent task allocation, so tasks are only sent to those who not only have the correct skill set but have the availability.
User Management & Permissions
Control and manage who can access LEAP
You can control how groups or individual users interact with LEAP with the LEAP permissions module. Allow users to only have access to those elements they need to perform their job, ensuring security and oversight.
Manage contact information and track customer interactions
Keep track of all of your contacts, whether they are customers, suppliers or third parties with the contact database. Define what information is collected, show relationships between types of contact and track interactions.
Reports & Dashboards
Interact with your data to gain valuable insights
Measure data and gain insights in real time with customisable and flexible reports and dashboards. Utilise the drag and drop function in the report design studio to create reports based on any data within LEAP and export them in Excel or Word or as PDFs. You can also schedule reports and distribute them to designated users or email addresses.
Interactive dashboards for insights in real-time
Dashboards are perfect for a more interactive and visual representation of your data. Utilise a range of graphical elements such as charts, tables, graphs and maps to show all your significant data in an easily digestible manner. What is more, the live nature of the dashboard means you can click, filter and drill down further into the data to gain real time insights.
Utilise email, SMS and instant messaging from within LEAP
Ensure customers, clients and suppliers receive correct and timely information
Communicate directly with your customers and suppliers from within LEAP. Using the email and SMS functions you can send messages to your customers or configure LEAP to send them for you at predefined times or events. Ensuring that you are always keeping your customer informed. What’s more, each contact record can act as an inbox, so replies are all kept together. Meaning there is no more searching through inboxes for messages and replies.
Allows teams to communicate
Often different teams or team members have responsibilities for the different stages of a process. With the inbuilt instant messenger teams can chat from within a record, making sure that the correct data is easily accessible for every team to do their job.
Make your customers part of the process
With the Customer Portal your customer can track, manage and update information as needed. Specialised web forms and permission settings means they can only see and edit as per your settings.
Robotic Process Automation
Automate tasks to maximise efficiency
LEAP can perform a range of tasks automatically and without user involvement. These tasks can be set to run periodically or as a result of another task or action. They can also trigger other tasks, based on your conditions and rules. This automation of process elements can free up time for users and improve accuracy.
Automate decision making
Utilise the LEAP decision engine to automate decision making based on your set of rules and conditions. The rule editor can make complicated calculations and rapidly evaluate data sets to minimise the risk of human error and to improve efficiency. If a condition is not met or an error is accounted, the system will flag this to the relevant people for manual checking.
Third Party Access with ProcessWeb
Allow customer, suppliers and other third parties access to LEAP
Save time and minimise risk of miscommunication by allowing third parties to enter data directly into the system without compromising security of information using ProcessWeb.
Remote Working with TaskWeb
Action tasks on the move
Empower team members to action tasks remotely with LEAP TaskWeb. The web-based user interface strips back any unnecessary content, allowing users to complete tasks assigned to them. For example, an engineer can enter information directly into the system or app from a site visit.
Track financial information
Keep track of financial information from within LEAP. The transactional based accounting module can create sales, purchase and nominal ledgers with a hierarchical model of ledger account codes. Use in conjunction with the documentation and communication modules to send estimates and invoices.
Messaging Server (Integrations)
Integrate existing applications
Through use of a messaging server and APIs, LEAP can integrate with your other systems and applications. The messaging server acts as a distribution centre, receiving data and information from one system and sending it to the other. This happens automatically in the background, without any need for user input.
Cloud & On-site Hosting
You can host LEAP securely in the Cloud or on your own local server
When deploying your LEAP application, FLOvate recommend utilising the efficient and agile workings of cloud technology. The suggested platform is Microsoft Azure, the current market-leading cloud computing service.
LEAP can easily be deployed on the Cloud to save your company from investing in costly servers. The FLOvate team are ready to complete this deployment process for you, utilising Microsoft Azure. The team can also work alongside your team to ensure a hassle-free, smooth deployment process.
Alternatively, for enterprise level projects, LEAP can be deployed to your own local server.
System requirements are detailed below.
Server Software Requirements
- Windows Server 2012 R2 / 2016
- Microsoft .Net 4.6
- Windows Identity Framework
- IIS7 or higher with Windows Communication Foundation Activations turned on
- SQL Server 2012 (SP3) / 2014 (SP2) / 2016 (SP1) Web/Standard Edition* (ensure SQL Server instance is allocated minimum of 7GB RAM)
- The required SQL Server Edition will be dependent on your system requirements and usage (please visit Microsoft Docs for further information)
As a minimum the following is required;
- Four core (2.4 GHz Intel Xeon® E5-2673 v3 processor)
- 14GB of RAM or higher
- 10GB or more of available space (depending on client usage and predicted throughput)
For SQL server configuration we recommend that all database files are stored on non OS disks. LEAP uses tempdb frequently so there are performance benefits moving these to different disks than the user databases.
This specification will support approximately 100 concurrent users for configurations of moderate complexity. For installations of over 100 users, please contact us to discuss enterprise configuration requirements.
The LEAP installation requires both Web Services and Windows Services to be hosted on the server.
LEAP Web Services
There are number of web services that will need to be hosted within IIS with a http and https binding. The LEAP Windows Service, client WPF application (local workstation) and website (server hosted) will need to be able to connect to these endpoints.
LEAP Windows Service
This will need to be installed as a standard Windows Service and it will host a number of svc endpoints on a configured port. The client WPF application (local workstation) and website (server hosted) will need to be able to connect to these svc endpoints.
LEAP Workflow Server Service
This will need to be installed as a standard Windows Service and communicate to the LEAP SQL database and LEAP Web Services.
Certificate and Email Domain
A Certificate will be required to secure the https connection. If LEAP needs to be publicly available than the certificate will need to be provided from a public CA.
An Email Domain will be required if the LEAP inbound email functionality is to be used. This can be using a subdomain of your existing Domain or a new Domain. To allow for routing emails appropriately in LEAP, an MX record will need to be configured for the Domain or Subdomain to direct traffic to the server that will be hosting our Email Server service included in the LEAP installation. Please note, we can not use an existing domain that is already configured with a MX record and being used by existing email providers.
A Clickatell account ( clickatell.com ) with a SOAP API will be required if the LEAP SMS functionality is to be used.
Database and Documents
There are four SQL server databases required for LEAP’s data storage and a local document store for the document storage. The disk space capacity for these will depend on analysis of the client.
